According to FCC internal photos (FCC ID BEJNT-14T90P), the RAM is unfortunately soldered on motherboard. The NVMe SSD is still upgradable.

Nice laptop with 16:10 screen but I wish it was 16gb for this price to be a real deal.

Yes, RAM KILLS the deal. Acer right now is desperate to sell these laptops.

Sure - I'd like to have 16G of RAM - but this is a really solid / portable computer for the money. LG Gram series are some of the lightest laptops - but still quite durable too. Interesting that this one even has 1920 x 1200 resolution - so a bit more than normal. Battery life on this unit is also incredibly long - so I'm going to give one a try.
