With that said, each year the weight has been creeping up, especially on the touchscreen versions (specifically the 2 in 1 versions). This 14 inch 2 in 1 is 2.76 lbs, which is still pretty light for a 14 inch, but there are 3 to 3.3 lb 14 inch touchscreen laptops out there, so the difference is not like 2.2 vs 3 like in the past.
I have an older LG touchscreen 13 inch laptop and I will say, they are pretty good laptops. However, the build may not "seem" premium. It's because to sacrifice weight, they use magnesium alloy instead of aluminum. Magnesium is pretty strong, but it looks and feels like plastic to some people. On my laptop, there is flex on the screen, but I am not sure if there is flex on this particular laptop. I have a feeling that the reason the weight has been creeping up is because LG has addressed this "less premium feel" issue by beefing up the chassis at the expense of weight. With that said, I have not had any issues with my LG laptop compared the the myriad of issues with my Lenovo, Dell, and Asus laptops.
Also this LG does have some other nice features not mentioned:
16:10 screen, pretty decent nit
Good battery life (another LG Gram hallmark)
usb-c charging
So Overall, for an LG Gram, this is a good price, but if you compare it to other laptops, of course, there are cheaper ones, but they weigh more (and probably more troublesome).
If this was 16gb, or has expandable memory, it would be a steal.

work/collaboration not gaming
unless you use stadia or xcloud
You might be confused by the form factor, it is a 2in1 laptop (can go tablet mode). This is not for gaming
I can't find it listed anywhere
