Last night we had a power outage, and having a number of camping lanterns on the ready made it less of a challenge. Some of those posted in previous days/weeks were really good deals, as they came with nice 26650 cells which aren't cheap and last a long time even on "high".
Note that some of them do require batteries, some require multiple D-cells which should be obsolete in today's age of 18650 etc cells being widely available.
Nothing for me this round, although that wrap-around headlight does look tempting. Do not need it. Do not need it. Do not need it. Do not need it.

Like I've heard you're not supposed to keep a laptop plugged in all the time because it kills the battery even if you never use the battery.

Something else to tempt you if didn't pick these up already?
Like I've heard you're not supposed to keep a laptop plugged in all the time because it kills the battery even if you never use the battery.
However, for cheapos like this I doubt they'd use Li-Ion batteries, most likely there are just a couple of NiMH batteries in there.
Two thoughts... 1) keeping something plugged in does not necessarily mean it (trickle) charges all the time. There may be a voltage drop detection which initiates a charging cycle and then turns charging off until the voltage drops below a set point. 2) It isn't in the sellers/manufacturers interest to maximize the life span... they would rather sell their wares repeatedly.
Example - those handheld Li-Ion vacuums, with their handy-dandy chargers, will die a rather quick death if you always return them to the charger after use. I have one for over 12 years already with still plenty of sucking power on the original set of 18650 batteries. It is only charged when it starts to slow down, and then removed from the charger.
They used to come with NiCd batteries which would die even quicker if not completely discharged because of their memory effect. That does not apply to Li-Ion, which just don't appreciate being fully charged all the time.
Whoops, that went way off topic.

Is 50% off a slick deal?
Headlamps: The wrap around offers jogger safety and possibly light weight and comfort.
There is a lack of adequate specifications given on all of the flashlight offerings.
The Chinese manufacture the best budget flashlights in the world but you will not find these among any of Energizer's offerings. The 50% off in most cases is still above competitors every day price. It's a marketing ploy. The lumen claims are a farse. Each offering should be judged by its merits or lack thereof. Energizer's marketing model is built upon repeat buying of disposable items which in most cases end up in landfills poisoning aquifers or adding to the growing islands of floating trash in the oceans in less than a year.
Sealed disposable rechargeable: No voltmeter means the user will likely overcharge or undercharge. Brightness is lost quickly from day one.
Rechargeable with removable batteries: Energizer refuses to disclose any battery specs even when people ask. Cheap cold blue l.e.d. emitters are standard. Read the one star reviews. Switches fail within a few months. These are still disposable made with the lowest quality components. The short life will quickly cost the user more than if they purchased a quality budget flashlight for $25 to begin with.
Alternatives: I just purchased several Wurkkos TS models for gifts on sale at Amazon for $24. With power bank function $30. I do not recommend TS for most but I enjoy the wide range of tints, useful modes from turbo to flickering candlelight to bike flasher. Vonverts in size instantly from longer tactical with a powerful 21700 battery to a subcompact with a short battery and barrel. One button press direct access to modes with memory for last used mode and brightness. No need to switch through unwanted modes such as strobe. Press and hold to dim to achieve the required light level is state of the art and widely available in 2022.
For $20 on sale or with a coupon the Wurkos FC11 with simple U.I. offers a choice of tints in Samsung high CRI emitters has many of the above features. Sofirn Sc31 Pro is more advanced but the same price range. For friends whom I do not trust to safely handle loose 18650 cells I locktight the barrel and battery end cap and tell them to return it to me for battery replacement in three years. An excellent bare bones 18650 costs as little as $10.

Btw, Energizer is owned by Eveready (or the other way around), in case anyone is wondering.
