TMobile through BestBuy also have this, I asked customer care and they are saying for existing customers No New Line needed so as long as you buy 2 Phones and existing customer, You will get Bill Credits. For new customer new lines needed

traded in my iphone 11 pro max towards the z flip 3 which is on sale for $499 and paid $149 out of pocket because of the iphone trade in credit of $360
went to another best buy after i few hours and tried trading it in for the promo but the employees didnt know how so i left.
next day( today) 5/21 went to another store and took the employees awhile, an older employee told them what to do but they tried doing it through verizon but ended up with $600 credit but i told them no
its $800 and showed them the website promo for samsung unlocked phones.
finally they did it another way as im giving the store the phone and they put the $800 on a gift card (they have to type in the promo which is just samsung, i bought the unlocked s22 ultra unlocked for $899 plus taxes so it brought it down to $163 for me.
1:30 hr mins later..... finally have it.. paid $312 out of pocket and some change

Anyways, for the XR, carrier versions TIV seem to be $235 for TMO and $135 for Verizon or unlocked. This Samsung promo value is $300 for XR. . . This is supposed to be towards unlocked version phone purchase of S22 line, flip, fold, or s21FE. Not carrier version. And in store purchase only.
Please let me know where you are seeing $400 TIV for an XR. Have one waiting to trade, and that would be sweet!
