This is a good one but arrived a greasy mess via Amazon. Lid was on tight but still managed to leak out a bit so FYI. I'd buy again but still have a lot left from the last order.

This stuff should last significantly longer than the exp date guys, especially if it's refrigerated. Just fyi.

Lots of negative, ignorant reviews on Amazon about how they switched to plastic jars from glass. These people are so isolated from what's going on in the world that they don't know there's a glass shortage. Also, the PET used for the new jars poses absolutely no risk to food safety. PET does not leach into food. These are probably the same people who would be complaining if their glass jars arrived broken.

Should be good to make some edibles taking the work out of straining off butter etc. In for 2, thanks!

Ghee is slightly different than clarified butter, it's simmered after clarification, giving a richer flavor

For all of you youngsters out there, this is what movie theaters used to use on popcorn. Then it became cost prohibitive and they found other "butter flavored" substitutes. Try ghee on your popcorn - you are welcome.

I worked at a very famous popcorn shot chain in Chicago that rhymes with Barrett's. At the time they used coconut oil and salt. I'm sure they still do.
