I finally received the first of two $125 refunds/rewards just yesterday and realized it was, like you said, 30 days after delivery. My second hasn't been delivered yet. It was supposed to arrive today (8/06) but XPO changed that to 8/08. I'll expect the second $125 in early September.
It was foolish of Samsung to state the refund/rewards had already been sent when that wasn't necessarily the case. However, I can't complain too much as these refrigerators end up an amazing bargain.
It would really be something if those referral credits ever came through too!
