Because not all batteries are created equal. I used to buy the cheap batteries and they hardly last. Especially in my car's keyless entry fob. I would get a low battery warning within a month or two vs these lasts several years.

As for buying these on Amazon, just know what to looks for. There are fakes out there.

Very good chance that you will get fake stuff on Amazon. Even when it is "sold by Amazon", they mix stock with third party sellers on batteries. I have learned the hard way. I will never buy ANY kind of batteries on Amazon again. When it comes to putting these in keyfob, it's not worth the hassle to be stuck because it suddenly dies when you are in the middle of nowhere.

Completely agree. If you can get this deal, it is a fantastic deal. I would consider if I didn't get a big Duracell pack at Costco. OP, what's the expiration on these?

Last weekend I saw my local Goodwill store selling Kodak branded Lithium 2025 and 2032 batteries for $2.99 for a 6 pack. Does Kodak make batteries? Are they reliable and long lasting?

yes it is cheaper at the warehouses, but the nice thing about these is that I dont need that many. Plus i have gift card to use up so all is good.

And not all car fobs are created equal. I can take the battery from my wife's Nissan that doesn't work in her fob and the battery works fine in mine. Anyone else have this problem?

My Sam's Club has them for $12.98 as a 12-pack according to the website. Essentially breaks down to $6.50 for 6 so I'm seeing about a buck difference. I wish I could find 12 for the price that Target had these 6, like you did.

Showing $14.49 near me. Anyone know if these are made in Japan, USA or China? The cneaper prices that are found on Amazon are usually made in China and/or knockoffs using the name brands.
