Do I have to use the VISA I want to use for auto-renewal when I purchase from Groupon? Or can I use any Groupon accepted payment method to get the voucher, and then present the VISA to use for renewal when I first get my card?

So you got a new membership using a different email but have the same home address? My parents have me linked to their membership and it ends this month. I want to get the membership and attempt this deal by using a different email address.
