Mine arrived a few hours ago and it seems like a nice laptop! I thought about waiting to use it until the $700 shows up, but with Costco's return policy I'm not too worried Smilie

How's the screen brightness? I wish it was the non touch screen one but I can't really complain at this price. Maybe I'll pick up a 16" next year.

The brightness looks good, Screen looks a bit reflective, but time will tell if that is a problem. It is exceptionally lightweight as well!
Speakers seem a bit underpowered but I'm spoiled with MacBooks Smilie
The computer is for my mom and she seems happy.

I was charged tax on ~$1210 and not ~$1710. So it was on the discounted price.
