The Caudabe Sheath [caudabe.com] is a better case and the MagSafe works very well.

It is pretty high price but been needing one. As the first clear protective case off a third party doesn't seem to be that good gotten off a deal. Dust and debris going thru the edges of clear case and seems to get loose already no more than a year after on the sides. Thought last least a year. Here's hoping this leather case pulls through as is from Apple directly reason so expensive even at $36 👁👄👁😂 let alone at regular price of $60. 😬😅 But if truly a leather case it will/should feel good and last long enough (meaning few years at least). Possibly til end life of phone/battery or next phone upgrade (/after few phones).

These suck and not worth even at this price. I paid full retail ($60) and within few months it's discolored and broken where the buttons are located on both sides. I tried to get it replaced via Apple's warranty, but they refused even after looking at all the damage.

I've used FYY faux leather cases on all of my iPhones and have been quite satisfied. Available on Amazon.
