Being new has no bearing on how good a movie is. Also, $3 for a shitty movie is not a good deal, despite how discounted it may be. I can't imagine spending $3 just to feel good about "saving $19". You know what's even better than that? Skipping over this deal and saving $22

Movie had a great cast and some amazing cinematography, but the writing and pacing is too boring. They set up a crazy setting where people are living partially submerged in water thanks to climate change, where technology gives them the ability to experience real memories...and the story is about depressed Hugh Jackman obsessing over a girl he just met.

Wow, we tried to sit through this and gave up. I don't care what deeper meaning films can carry; it was just damn boring.

Reviews seem pretty good but I'm hesitating after comments from my fellow SDers.

I agree, it dragged on and on. We had to watch it in two parts, and while it was ok, I wouldn't watch it again.

This should have been a great movie. Loved the premise and setting, but they just didn't do anything with it. This was one of the first things my wife and I watched on HBO Max. So glad we got to watch it with our subscription rather than seeing it in theaters.

You know it's not a deal when I'm hesitating to burn my $5 BB rewards that expire soon on this. 🤣

I can't believe how many people are condemning a (basically) free movie that's not even a year old.

I'm sure it depends on the location, but another incentive is free pickup - in my case, it'll be ready for pick up in 1 hour.

Edit: it was ready for pick up 8 mins after placing the order
Not gonna lie, I have no intention on watching the movie but wanted to have a brand new replacement Blu-Ray case, and plan on flipping the digital code on the Digital Code Sell subreddit to at least recoup the cost. And for me, no pick up required via a Target price match + payment with Red card.
