Contacted Samsung support and they told me to contact AGS directly
In retrospect, I am never going to order from Samsung.com, the discount is not worth the hassle I have had to endure. My time and peace of mind is worth a lot more than a few hundred bucks I (supposedly) saved
85qn90a.
I meant did the price went down sunce you ordered or anything else?

Funny, this is the model I'm also replacing with this set. Glad to hear it feels like a big step up, as I've been super happy with the KS8000 in terms of quality… just wanted to move up substantially in size without going projector. I don't have a dedicated theater, and living room is fairly bright, so projectors are out for me.
Was hoping the smart remote would pair with it just plugged in, but instead it paired with my old KS8000, for which the std remote now doesn't work. 🤦🏻 ♂️🤦🏻 ♂️🤦🏻 ♂️
Yes I was in a similar situation I wanted to go up from 65 to somewhere in the 80 range at 75 I didn't feel like a big enough upgrade nor did 77. The 85 definitely satisfied and if I'm being honest is a little bit too big for my viewing distance so I may need to move the couches back another foot or so. Overall I am very very happy and hoping for the same or better longevity as my KS8000

I have just a couple more days left for my retuen window
I feel the price difference is very close , little over $120 for now during July 4 Sale with Costco for 65X90CK.. Added with extra warrenty and peace of mind.
I had a tough time connecting with customer care/support teams for the past few weeks.
Going further I dont know how worse it can be if any I face any issue during warranty period.
Unless there is a huge price difference, I see no point to deal with this kind of headach
Please suggest and share your thoughts on Sony X90K, 2022 model compared to Samsung QN90A. 2021 model.
