Slickdeals Golden Rule: Don't call to verify price!!! If not you're gonna ruin this awesome price
I bought this TV earlier for the $2250 price and I am 100% happy with the quality of images. I have a rather bright family room and this TV is just great in the room. Sure I wish I got it for the current $1960 price, but I'm done wheel'n and deal'n for a big screen TV.... I'm just enjoying it now. Thank you SlickDeal members for posting about this TV !
It's a stretch to call them clowns for saying that. You are brazenly extorting them, they knew it and played along. I mean do what you will to get a deal, but they are clowns to offer 10% back in the first place, not for telling you it can't stack.

I ordered this TV on May 28th. Initially it showed a delivery date of June 9th. Then the delivery got pushed to June 16th. I was sent a link to schedule a delivery from AGS. I had a delivery window of of Jun 16th 1-5 PM, so I sat at home waiting for my new Toy. Alas, they never showed up or called or emailed and now the status on Samsungs order site says "unexpected delay we don't have a delivery date for you at this point"

Contacted Samsung support and they told me to contact AGS directly Mad

In retrospect, I am never going to order from Samsung.com, the discount is not worth the hassle I have had to endure. My time and peace of mind is worth a lot more than a few hundred bucks I (supposedly) saved

Just got the TV delivered, originally set for July 6. It came in a van with one guy. I had to help him lift it in the house. Window was 1 pm- 5 pm, guy showed up at noon. No call in advance. Box is big, but I actually thought it would be a little bigger. I'm using Costco's $99 install service (also by Handy), actually $149 since I paid an extra $50 to add a second person. The set gets mounted Monday. Box looks flawless, hopefully the set is fine. Total was $1880 after tax and 10% back from the cancel trick. Add in the 3 year warranty and 0% financing and this was a solid deal. (Tempted to try to get a price match to the $640 price goof Samsung sent out this morning, but it's probably futile.)

You have to order a new TV to get the $640 price match, which is kinda stupid, but I took the risk. If it doesn't pan out, oh well.

During the last Samsung sale lot of people bought QN90A series TV. Did anyone purchased The Frame? Was The Frame prices also discounted? Anyone knows the sale price for The Frame 75 or 85 in? Is a similar sale expected on July 4?

Edit so I received mine today after set up and tuning to my liking which is a more bright setting than most calibrators but not overly bright to where everything is blown out and there's no shadow detail I am super Duper impressed and and beyond happy that I got this deal. Compared to my KS8000 A former flagship model the black levels on this TV and local dimming completely outshine my old KS8000. Compared to the 83 inch C1 OLED I was considering The highlights are much more vibrant and black levels are so so close to oled I can barley tell the difference when watching real content. Currently watching Infinity War IMAX withy atmos setup and I'm super content.

An email was sent out with a price mistake. I chatted with Samsung and they told me they'd honor the price, but I had to order a new TV.

Funny, this is the model I'm also replacing with this set. Glad to hear it feels like a big step up, as I've been super happy with the KS8000 in terms of quality… just wanted to move up substantially in size without going projector. I don't have a dedicated theater, and living room is fairly bright, so projectors are out for me.

Does anyone know how to get this powered up without removing it from the lower foam? I want to test it before getting my VESA bits and wall mount set up… would be much more of a PITA to return.

Was hoping the smart remote would pair with it just plugged in, but instead it paired with my old KS8000, for which the std remote now doesn't work. 🤦🏻 ♂️🤦🏻 ♂️🤦🏻 ♂️

Yes I was in a similar situation I wanted to go up from 65 to somewhere in the 80 range at 75 I didn't feel like a big enough upgrade nor did 77. The 85 definitely satisfied and if I'm being honest is a little bit too big for my viewing distance so I may need to move the couches back another foot or so. Overall I am very very happy and hoping for the same or better longevity as my KS8000

I am quite confused to keep it or let go for X90CK from costco
https://slickdeals.net/f/15870532-costco-members-65-sony-bravia-xr65x90ck-4k-smart-tv-5-yr-warranty-1299-99-2022-model

I have just a couple more days left for my retuen window
I feel the price difference is very close , little over $120 for now during July 4 Sale with Costco for 65X90CK.. Added with extra warrenty and peace of mind.
I had a tough time connecting with customer care/support teams for the past few weeks.
Going further I dont know how worse it can be if any I face any issue during warranty period.
Unless there is a huge price difference, I see no point to deal with this kind of headach

Please suggest and share your thoughts on Sony X90K, 2022 model compared to Samsung QN90A. 2021 model.

Has anyone dealt with Samsung Care for a repair before? I have a tech scheduled to come to my house Friday. I just called the Samsung Care number to verify, and the (halfway across the world) rep insisted the tech would fix the TV at my house. But I think the whole panel is bad. If it's a major problem , what's the process? Thanks for any info. Really irritated at this whole disaster. Oh well, the good ol' HiSense 65U9F is doing its job (like it always has) in the meantime. So much for "name brand"…
