How to say you haven't been to a kids water party without saying you haven't been to a kids water party
found the guy without kids
Picked up 420 count for $20 in Costco in-store. 100 count will go super quick when you're having a party. Get one of those black totes that Costco has to fill up with water and keep them floating in water while you fill them up. Had a blast with these last summer!!

IDK got a bunch of these...fill th slowly while sitting in water but they never fill up enough cause when the kids throw them, they bounce rather than pop.
and FWIW don't leave them sitting in the tub or bucket you used to fill them cause they empty back out and they are designed for single fill so you're SOL
My take on these balloons is the same as bubbles. Kids love the shit outta a handful, but once there's hundreds of them flying around they're overwhelmed and quickly lose interest. That being said, the time savings is awesome.

We fill them all the way until they fall off the ends by themselves. Step mother showed us that method. Never had a problem with them after that really. 3 year old throws and pops most of them. Don't seem to leak either.
These are always fun. There is almost always one or two that don't fill for whatever reason. I like to take those and blow them up with air, and save them for last. Then I can pretend to throw them at the kids when they have no balloons left. Usually gets a laugh when they realize it's not filled with water.
