My guess is they're just clearing excess stock of the watch and phone. The Flip3 was announced/released in August of 2021 and there are a ton of rumors pointing to the Google Watch being released in the next couple months.

I am with Verizon right now. If I were to activate it under the carrier; will I be on a contract even when I pay a one time fee of $499?
If yes, how long will I have to stay with Verizon? I see that there is an activation fee of $35. If I switch to a different carrier will I be charged $300?
To my understanding:
-No contract
-The $500 verizon model will be locked to verizon until you have 60 days of service on it, at which point you can request an unlock
Man, just ordered another TMO ZF3. . .this time with watch! Running out of trade in phones, lol. Guess If this one isn't cancelled I will cancel an order from last night to free up an S21 trade in. $146 from gift card (plus $240 i originally paid for S21) taxes included for LTE GW4 classic + ZF3
I'm stuck at the create a T-Mobile Account. The error message is "Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now." Tried on both webpage and app. No luck. Is it because I cancelled a tmobile account 5 months ago?

The z flip 3 is definitely not worth more than 550. So you're basically getting a free watch.
I'm typing on the flip right now. It has poor battery life, a year old processor, average memory, slower charging than flagship phones , no SD slot. And just isn't a flagship worthy phone.
I still ordered this deal. I want to try the watch
