My guess is they're just clearing excess stock of the watch and phone. The Flip3 was announced/released in August of 2021 and there are a ton of rumors pointing to the Google Watch being released in the next couple months.
Thanks for sharing - It's still a great phone/watch combo.
The z flip 3 is definitely not worth more than 550. So you're basically getting a free watch.
I'm typing on the flip right now. It has poor battery life, a year old processor, average memory, slower charging than flagship phones , no SD slot. And just isn't a flagship worthy phone.
I still ordered this deal. I want to try the watch
Are you planning to actually use TMO? Or, are you going to cancel it right after you activate?
Some people actually have TMO service already, and not cancelling anytime soon. If you are doing a join TMO/Buy/dump service might want to try and get it unlocked first if that will be important for your intended end use of phone
Yes, the Samsung unlocked $800 TIV is still going on, but currently the unlocked phones are back up to MSRP. Not as sweet in that aspect as this past weekend of $300 off unlocked S22+/U
How long is the phone locked if I buy the TMO version? I can't find any language about it
generally 40 days. But you can try your luck by reaching out to T-Mobile support on twitter or Facebook. They sometimes unlock immidiately by checking if you paid in full.

Worked for me. Got the TMO version paid in full with the stainless Watch4 46mm LTE. Having it shipped rather than store pickup saved me another ~$20 plus RMN had 4% cashback.

Thanks. I'm w/TMO and plan on using it. Coming off a Note 20 Ultra and was just thinking about if I change my mind. Do you happen to know if it has to be active for the entire 40 days or just 40 days from the first day of activation? If I went a week or so and it wasn't for me I'd have no problem shelving it for a month or so before trying to unload it. I'm guessing my wife is going to steal it anyway...

Yes it doesnot have to be active . I mean you can store it and ask for unlock after 40days.

Is it worth to trade in note 10 plus for this deal? Thanks
-No contract
-The $500 verizon model will be locked to verizon until you have 60 days of service on it, at which point you can request an unlock
talked to Best buy agent and he told me there'll be a contract but he was not sure how long. i would need to confirm that with my carrier. Also, activation fee can be dropped off if I talk to my carrier.
Is it worth to trade in note 10 plus for this deal? Thanks
Depends on what your end intentions are, and which carrier. If you still like your N10+, and were intending to "upgrade" to a ZF3 as a keeper phone, probably aren't going to be happy.
If you are on TMO, the TIV for a ZF3 towards a TMO S22 ultra etc. is currently $475 higher than that of the N10+ ($700 vs. $225)
On the Samsung TIV promo towards an unlocked Sammy phone. . .the ZF3 fetches $800 while the N10+ fetches $450.
Unfortunately, at the end of this last weekend both Unlocked and Locked versions of most all Sammy phones went back up to MSRP (save the ZF3 and S21FE). . .so all of this might be a moot point in the end. But some discounts will happen either unlocked or carrier version for the Memorial Day sale, so It might be better to grab. or order for store delivery this deal while the watch deal is also still active , and add your N10+ as trade, or not. By the time the phone is delivered to store (or if order is cancelled) we will know what those Memorial deals are, and can decide then
