This is also not a full power 3070. Only the 17" laptop 3070 is 130-140watts. I believe this one is like 115-120w.
You're wrong. This is a 130W RTX 3070 as I mentioned in the spec section. 115W max TGP+ up to 15W with Dynamic Boost. But feel free to share your source of information on Omen 16.

Please share the exact model number of the laptop, like this one is 16-c0035nr and a screenshot of the "System Information" from the Nvidia Control Panel -->Help so that we can see that. Unlike other vendors, HP does not provide any details about the TGP of their GPUs and only way to find it by looking for reviews. I have checked the review of both Intel and AMD version of the Omen 16 with different GPU and the max limit of any GPU on this chassis is 130W (115W + 15W /w Dynamic Boost).

16-c0035nr. Lol. So, you are quoting some random review as gospel? It is definitely not 130w. Maybe 115-120w with boost.

I am still unable to understand why you're using "Maybe" while providing the TGP details and unable to provide the exact details. You should be able to provide it exactly by the method I mentioned, since you have the exact laptop with you. Still waiting for that.

Lol…not your slave. I'll get to it when I have time.

Just checked. My 17 omen shows 140w. My 16 omen shows 115w. Please update your original post with the correct info. Don't trick people into buying this with misinformation
If you don't mind me asking, why did you purchase two laptops with exact same configuration?
Cuz it's slickdeals…I have way too many laptops. But yeah, please update the deal info. This 16 Omen is one of the few that I regret purchasing because I was expecting 130w 3070…and it is a 115w.

It is not.
Given the huge restocking fee at HP, it is not worth returning. Just don't fall for the fud that this is a 130w 3070.
