Did anyone receive their order confirmation email? I placed an order more than an 1.5 hours ago but I did not get any email confirmation or charge on my credit card. I used PayPal. No email from PayPal either.

If it helps clear this up for you. TomsSurpriseSale.com is listed in the FAQ on Toms.com [toms.com] under the Rewards section.

TOMS runs their clearance sale via the "surprise sale site"
It's legit
if you already have a login account on their regular website, then just use the same info on this website 🤗 that's the best way for you to see it's legit

The only thing that connects them is the rewards program, hence the login info matches on both sites ☺️

Please, please, please NEVER sign in to an account unless you know without a doubt that they are affiliated. I'm a certified IT security admin for 15 years. Trust me when I say that this is not a good way to test if a site is legit.

Another way to verify that the site is legit:

They advertise the website/sale via the same email address you provided on their main website
TOMS also advertises the "Surprise SALE" site on their main website 😒

I have also being a customer of their for over 5 years, and have used their "Surprise SALE" website for all those years 😒
