FYI the Ozark branded utility lighters in Walmart are only 88 cents each. You can usually find them in the sports section where all the camping gear is:

Decent deal for a 2 pack but Costco usually has a 5 or 6 pack for under $10. No sale needed, roughly the same price per and you get more of them. For those looking, they can be hard to find, look near the back where water/TP/PT/dog food and dog treats/toys are.

That's a good question and I actually don't know. I just checked the package of one of the Ozark lighters I have unopened and it does not list the fuel content. I have seen the ones being sold in Costco and they are about the same amount of fuel as the Ozark one I linked above.
