Didn't even know I needed one, I've been using a plastic trash can that hold about 40lbs of dog food, this looks like it hold more than 55lbs.

My brain works that way when it comes down to volume . Reminds me of Nixon pushing for the metric system. 1 quart is pretty much 1 liter.

Good to know. FYI, for 40 lb bags of pellets, you need the 47 quart.
Off main topic but a five gallon bucket, with a 3 inch diameter 90 degree pvc elbow makes good hicken feeder. Use hole saw to cut hole in sside of bucket, close to bottom. Push in pipe fitting so its horizontal 'outside' bucket and facing down 'inside' bucket. Keeps feed from spilling ou when filled up. I use an old saucer hubcap for 'lid'to keep rain out. Check out youtube for more. Cheap and simple. Add multiple fittings if you have decent sized flock.
