Have never personally had an issue with them, but I have heard some horror stories. I just assumed the negative experiences were no different than what could happen at other retailers.
I still get some stuff from them but shop with caution. A deal isn't always a real deal. They also severely screen all reviews which was not their policy in years past. New management!
Always check with Amazon, BB, BH, and others for reviews and specifications.
I had ASUS block my reviews and after 3 tries they locked a review I submitted so I could not edit it later.
All those MOBOs are not that great. I was lucky to get a MSI that worked right but got stuck with the ASUS. The ASUS works but you may have to pull the trigger 3 times to get the bullet to go out.
Deal seems good for a new series S. Haven't had bad experience with Newegg yet but if the console goes bad you can deal with MS directly if within warranty

The Series S is going so cheap everywhere and Newegg is still being shady and pulling off a "bundle" like they would only do when everyone was just trying to get the Series X or PS5. Forget these scrubs…

it is very deceptive to say walmart has them for 269 brand new! It is 3rd party vendors that sell it! And some vendors are scams!
Just be very , very careful when it says "walmart has it brand new". Look for "sold and shipped by walmart! New!" Ok.
