Yep, this would have been ~ $400 through most of 2020-21, and probably backordered. That's how I ended up with a Cap Barbell open/half rack for $225 and that was considered "getting lucky". Only had to wait a month!

Agreed. I bought this last year for $249 which was pretty good at the time. Forgot I had the price monitoring on it and was notified it dropped to $199.99. Figured I would share. For those wondering, you can install the pull up bar upside down if you have height constraints.
