Spoke to another rep and they confirmed everything looks good. Posting in case anyone else had a similar issue. They mentioned a 15 day funding window and after that 10 calendar days to receive the deposit.

Had VPN on first time around but turned it off and still got the same thing
To get the 2% I had to open a cash management account. No fees or minimum balance required. Fidelity directly transfers the 2% into the cash management and when I decide to, I transfer the money to my checking account.
