14" 4GB/128GB Lenovo Flex 5i seems to be a better option if you are willing to spend $30 more…. at least for the touchscreen feature, design, build & brand
As for the power of this, you can usually get the Ryzen 5 version on sale for about $75 more. It has 16GB Ram, 256GB SSD and other stuff that makes it way more worth getting than this. This thing is so weak that there's very little reason to get this when smartphones exist.
Update: I accidentally put that it had a Ryzen 3. I meant to say 5.
