Unscrew the old one with an adjustable wrench. Wrap some pipe tape on the threads. Screw on the new one. Very easy.

To add to this thread, if you want more pressure/flow, there is a flow limiter in every faucet head sold in the US. Simply remove it to get greater pressure. Beware that you will expend more water so maybe don't do it on your long showering kids bathroom.
