Was able to get $199 to stick by using incognito mode on chrome browser. Excellent deal if you can get it to work.

Nah, was going for the 1/2 impact. As soon as I started checking out while logged in, it switched in my cart. Incognito, then paypal check out worked. All the same store.

I don't even need this but I'm tempted to buy one and just sell the stand for $100 or so. $100 for a 12" Dewalt, is a hell of a deal.
I'm considering selling the 12" saw and stand for what I paid and get the circular saw for free
