I bought this exact model when I was in college in 2016, and have used it weekly since then. Only in the past couple months have I thought about replacing it because the nonstick coating on the pan is wearing off and Hamilton Beach is out of stock of the replacement pans. Has been a wonderful and reliable bread maker for me and my wife for 6 years.

There's an Italian parmesan loaf that comes in the manual with this machine that I like, but I usually make a honey wheat recipe my grandparents passed on to me that they used to make weekly. I've uploaded both here: https://imgur.com/a/e5yMirL

Yes. We haven't used ours in a decade and just discovered how good they are for making dough for pizza, cinnamon rolls, etc. We still haven't used it to make bread in 10 years, but the dough is fantastic.

They're usually cheaply made.
