This is a kids bike.

Adults on kids bike are going to find it uncomfortable to pedal. And pedal you must, because this is pedal assist, not just a throttle.

While some companies do make legit adult bikes with 20" wheels, they design the frames, seats, bars with larger people in mind - which is not the case with this Kent.

148 dollar electric bike?

I'm guessing it blows up after 4 uses.

They really are. It has been estimated that modern ebikes are very likely the most efficient form of transportation in history.

Blah blah blah… what happened to the days when people used bikes to exercise
Quote from BlackBabyJeebus :
Ebikes provide as much or as little exercise as you want. You just get to cover way more ground while getting your exercise.

Following your logic, I suppose everyone should be riding the biggest, heaviest steel anchor of a bike they can find, because the harder it is to ride the more exercise you get, right?
Legends say he rides an anchor to exercise.

My 8 year old LOVES it. The battery is the size of a thermos bottle. We let our son peddle and when we want to go longer distances, he'll attach the battery to it. For $148.. this is a steal. That's even cheap for a regular non electric bike!

Also.. I am 5'3" and 110 pounds… I fit this perfectly!

i am 5'8 and around 170lbs and was able to ride around my neighborhood no problem. This bike is on the heavy size...i think it said 40lbs. my kid loved it once she learned how to use the pedal assist. 150 bucks is a great deal for an ebike.

Thats what these idiots in charge keep spewing. We are no where in terms of longevity, efficiency, disposablity, price and range for electric vehicles. Transition have to be in sequence. Cars should be hybrids then fully electric over a period of time. Thays why we have $7/gallon gas prices bcs of people in charge having their heads up their as$e$.
I've owned a hybrid for 7+ years and by no means was it the first hybrid.

The market is moving exactly as you stated before you made an unfounded statement on gas prices.
