A Windex product that is better than most is the Windex Foaming Glass Cleaner [walmart.com] for $2.98 from Walmart. Granted, 19.7 ounces, but does a better than average job.
==============
The best that has been used in glass shops for about 40 years is Somaca Hi Sheen; the original foaming multi surface glass cleaner that actually cleans with no streaks. It leaves a powder looking residue on surface when dry that you simply wipe off leaving no streaks. CRL bought out Somaca, but continued selling Hi Sheen. A bit pricey at around $7 plus shipping from Amazon, Walmart and others, opening an account with CRL is the way to go for thousands of products used around the home, industrial and the construction industry. They carry a lot of hard to find window and door parts. But, the Windex foam cleaner, or the Sprayway [lowes.com] foam from Lowes, etc., are also quality, all surface cleaning products.

You had me until the last nine words that is an oxymoron. Do you realize the destruction done and being done to the planet under the guise of "green?" .... All in, even the internal combustion engine is more environmentally friendly with better efficiency than even solar, let alone battery production for electric. You don't see the devastation because it is not done in your backyard.
Only about 9% of the world's plastic are recycled. But and since all plastics are manufactured from fossil fuels, about double the recycle rate is burned to recapture much of the original energy used.
Like you and many others, I am concerned about the oceans and ever increasing landfills. But recycling most plastic costs more to do than manufacturing new and why it is not remotely economical without perpetual taxation to fund the select profiteers... kind of like ethanol. Perhaps back to glass bottles would help, but plastics are everywhere in most everything. Clean burning of plastics for electric or whatever is the only viable answer at this time with 'clean' being the technology that needs perfected as much as possible.
Meanwhile, ever wonder where all the worn out solar panels and wind turbines go? There is a reason why worn out wind turbines increasingly dot the landscape. The majority of the content cannot be recycled, but possibly could be burned. Otherwise, they will further fill the landfills as being far more net environmentally destructive than the lowly internal combustion engine that can and is completely recycled.
