Who knows nothing about feet so will refer you to a podiatrist who will send you home with an earful of bs and a pair of these. Total cost $450 and several wasted weeks. Good advice!

Check the $1.25 store (Dollar Tree) for the ankle and foot sleeves. YMMV. Family member who has Plantar Fascias uses the sleeves for relief. Their son who is an avid jogger also uses the $1.25 brand for additional compression.
