Even though this is on switch, they just announced this will be on GamePass on release date June 16th for other platforms.

I played it at PAX. Was a lot of fun. Very retro, very much reminded me of Turtles in Time. Will definitely be getting this.

anyone getting white splash screen when trying to launch? seeing this on both Switch Lite and regular OG. Series X is working fine.

Strange. I've been playing on PS5 with my son and nephews, no issues here. Maybe try a soft reset on your switch?

Tried everything with Nintendo support. It takes 9-1/2 minutes to load past the white splash screen.......i have it sleeping as to not close the app and I can keep playing, but what a crap show that this is happening.

It is, but the game is very short about 2-3 hrs long. For you average player, it's a one-time play. I played it on Xbox game pass.

I think the point of allowing up to 6 players is to promote co-op play, which can offer quite a bit of replayability, no?

If you liked turtles arcade or turtles in time your will like this game. The game developers nailed the nostalgia and gameplay mechanics with a hint of something fresh. After playing the 1st 9 levels I have nothing but positive things to say. The online gameplay with friends and family makes this that much better!

I had such a great time playing this with my 10 year old on Friday night. The nostalgia and fun is all there, finished it in about 2.5 hours. Played it on Game Pass.

It might be for some people. After one run through on the campaign on easy I was done. I liked the game, but not enough for multiple playthroughs.

Digital Foundry's in-depth review on it is out and it looks to be a great successor. Each platform seems to have its trade-offs. Xbox and PS perform the same (locked 1080P 60 fps) but Xbox has an audio delay that may be noticeable. PS5 only allows a max of four players while the other platforms allows up to 6. Switch also supports 1080P 60 fps but has some minor performance issues in two areas: 1) a frame hitch every 9 seconds that the developer plans to patch 2) performance drops when the battle gets more intense with 4+ players on the screen.

Overall I'm leaning towards the Switch version just because of the portability aspect and the fact it's easy to use joycons to easily add players while on-the-go. The performance seems like it will be fine and look just as good.
