If only I could just go to the store and swap out my recalled air fryer. Instead I gotta wait a month to get the return kit in the mail, send it out, wait 3-6 weeks for a $50 Best Buy GC.

I got my return box in 2 days.
Just last week. Submitted for it after my air fryer started smoking.

Right, but any sign of your gift card yet? I mailed mine back 3 weeks ago, nothing yet, though like the other poster said, they mentioned 3-6 weeks.

The original poster mentioned two separate things getting the kit would take a month which it did not(at least for me) and the gift card which would take 3-6 weeks. I wasn't responding to the second topic since I have not experienced it yet. So instead of 7-10 weeks it might be 4-7 total.

Right, but did it take you a month to get your kit?

Yeah, about, I registered on April 22nd and my return kit was delivered May 18th.

I got this the last time around. The space for two levels of fries is nice, but I had to swap tray locations in the middle of cooking since the air flow is impeded by the top shelf. Otherwise I like this unit better than my old Emerald one that died. I REALLY like the slide out drawers instead of just having a handle and bucket.

Sent mines last month, still waiting on $50 gc. I'm wondering if anyone has received it yet. Their's no way to check on the status of the gc. I guess we just have to wait it out and hopefully receve it soon.
