I just tossed an email over to Intel, asking why it wasn't working. They shockingly responded within 5 minutes and said the original email, as I suspected, was busted. It doesn't work. A new one will be issued to replace it.

- Got the same email as you & had the same problem with missing "Master Key"
- Contacted support like you did and they replied almost instantly which tells me it's probably automated and it says, "There was an error with the original email and you will be receiving another email from the Intel Gaming Access program with a master key and a chance to claim a copy of The Anacrusis."

Just tried logging in & back with txt verification. I made sure i copied & pasted key with no spaces and still getting the same error
They basically created a lot of demand by sending out a broken email, so people were waiting for an email. It is possible the 5000 keys went already, but I kind of doubt it considering I redeemed one within a minute of you.
