Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

you did it online yourself or through phone/chat support? I have done at least 20 trade-in deals online and not a single issue.
Always online once even dropped the phone off at a t-mobile store.

DARN it...I just ordered the iPhone SE 3rd gen on Saturday for a new line to get it for 50% via credits. Now this pops up. I don't have any 3G phones lying around though so really not sure if it worth for me to cancel the whole order and redo everything. Thoughts?

For those of you actually completing the trade in online, is it showing up as a $100 trade in? On a 4S line, I see $100 and "Trade in Promotion applied!" When trying a trade for a SE3. If I try to buy a SE2 it turns to $0.00.

Once you enroll this 24 month promo, does it mean that you can not cancel any line? I have 11 lines with Tmobile.

I still have the original iPhone (maybe it's 2G), is it worth to keep it for possible higher value down the road?

Seems like iPhone 3gs does qualify per this promo. However, it's not showing up in the trade in list? Lowest I found was iPhone 4?

Customer service was able to find the promotion. However, my plan (One TE) does not qualify for it. The rep mentioned that I could switch that line to Magenta Max to qualify for the promotion but I declined. Thanks for posting this OP!

LOL just last week I traded in a Nokia Lumia 521 for a Nord N200 after getting an email from T-Mobile regarding the 3G shutdown. Sucks for me!

have a few iPhone 4/4s from a previous crazy apple trade in deal
they were giving $100 gc per iPhone 4

But now I read a user traded his Microsoft Lumia phone, still have like 2 of those laugh out loud

I wonder if they will offer something better if we wait it out
