Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

I wonder what criteria they use to consider an account eligible. Frustrating that I have an active iPhone 4 on my account and do not qualify for this promo. Maybe I need to try a different rep but it seems like the account has to be targeted as eligible.
Yeah, if you get a onshore rep, your chances are much higher. I traded in my iPhone 3GS without any issue. Rep knew exactly what I was looking for and confirmed my eligibility before proceeding

I connected an iPhone 5s and iPhone 4 on a couple of lines. Turned LTE off on the 5s. Still no luck yet with the offer showing up, but hoping something pops up as the deadline approaches.

I don't see it in my account. I only see $100 for 4S trade in. Although I chatted with Rep and said that is fine. You are still eligible and offer will apple. I asked to confirm that I don't not see 24 month bill credit of $13.75 after I added my trad-in but she was sure that offer will apply automatically.. I am saving the conversion with her so I can show them if anything goes wrong.

I am on simple choice plan

My iPhone 3GS is showing up as an iPhone XS on that T-Mobile account page. . I've never owned that model of phone. The IMEI number is correct. I placed and received a few calls and texts, restarted the phone and let it stay on overnight. Any ideas?

Can you people really view https://my.t-mobile.com/eipjod ? Since I ordered two iPhone 11 2 days ago, I haven't been to access this the EIP page. It keeps revolving circle. Cleared cache, same thing. App and desktop.

I have an iPhone 5 that's fully functional but the front glass is cracked. Will they accept it or no?

I see the offer and it said buy any iPhone. And the credit is $429 via 24mo like the OP said.

So it seems like you don't technically have to stick to the iPhone SE gen3.

The funny part is that I have 5G service from Turd-Mobile and still get 3G speeds.

I was able to place an order online and traded in an old Iphone 4 (Verizon CDMA) that I had lying around for the SE 3rd gen, just had to pay taxes (free 2 day shipping too).
This phone does not even have a sim slot/tray and it is locked to Verizon but I do have 2 lines with older phones and I had received a few text/emails from Tmobile with reminders to upgrade.

So when doing the trade in my older Nokia phone showed up as the default trade in but I was able to switch to a different trade in and once i put in the MEID number (no IMEI) system showed $430 credit via 24 bill credits. I have a SC plan.

Thank you OP!!

I had been thinking about upgrading my older Nokia/LG to a Nord but this is much better for me.
I quickly got a text telling me I could go into a store to return old phone, So I'll try that to get this over with.
You are probably right, the $30 is the assist fee if you have an agent help you. Can ask for this to be waived. Did you go into store to trade in device?

- Front display not cracked or damaged
- No liquid damage or internal moisture
- Device powers on and stays on

These looks reasonable but it is actually quite hard for a 12 years old phone. A used iPhone 3G still costs ~$40 shipped.

That said, iPhone SE (3rd gen) is still better than OnePlus N200, which I already received with upgrade. Upgrade is still showing as an option in my account, I wonder what happens if I try to upgrade to iPhone SE after getting the N200?

LOL just last week I traded in a Nokia Lumia 521 for a Nord N200 after getting an email from T-Mobile regarding the 3G shutdown. Sucks for me!
I also got the N200 as an upgrade. But the upgrade option is still available in my account. I wonder what happens if I do upgrade again.

As long as you pay off the EIP, you should be ok. Completely a different promo...

I just purchased a cheap iphone 5c. I'll put my sim card in it, and try my luck. Worst case scenario, I'll just get an n200.

I picked up the SE for free about two weeks ago after trading in my iPhone 6. Free phone to replace a dated one, sounds good to me…
