Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

As long as you pay off the EIP, you should be ok. Completely a different promo...

I just purchased a cheap iphone 5c. I'll put my sim card in it, and try my luck. Worst case scenario, I'll just get an n200.
"pay off the EIP" meaning I pay off the N200's inflated value of $216? No, I am not willing to do that. If they will take the phone back, and take me off EIP, maybe.

My iPhone 3GS is showing up as an iPhone XS on that T-Mobile account page. . I've never owned that model of phone. The IMEI number is correct. I placed and received a few calls and texts, restarted the phone and let it stay on overnight. Any ideas?
I have the same exact issue. I inserted one of my magenta line sim to the iphone 3GS 16gb and made a few calls and texts with it. However, it listed the device as iphone XS with the correct IMEI. According to T-mobile, there is no way for the client or them to change the device to the iphone 3GS, so I guess we are out of luck on this, unbelievable!

Is this the only "2022 UMTS Apple Upgrade" offer? I got tech support to confirm eligibility, but I want to make sure they don't pull a switch somehow.

I don't see it in my account. I only see $100 for 4S trade in. Although I chatted with Rep and said that is fine. You are still eligible and offer will apple. I asked to confirm that I don't not see 24 month bill credit of $13.75 after I added my trad-in but she was sure that offer will apply automatically.. I am saving the conversion with her so I can show them if anything goes wrong.

I am on simple choice plan

I did the exact same thing, it only shows the $100. Chatted with a representative and she also stated that just go ahead and order through online to avoid the $35 upgrade fee. I couldnt save the conversation in time so my fingers are crossed. Had never have any trouble with the confirmed chats. I did sign the EIP for the $14/month so we will just have to wait and see if not will have to call and have an extra long convo with a representative. Been with them forever and also on the simple plan.

can this work on the $10/month plan with 1gb data ?
The OP says the deal is for the postpaid line, the $10/month for 1GB is a prepaid plan (Connect by T-Mobile).

Just placed my order for a single line upgrade and the checkout process only showed the $100 trade-in value. However, then they sent me a text within minutes saying I agreed to "...quote of $0..." on my trade-in device. I can't figure if I got ripped off during checkout, or if this is because a $430 offer (not showing anywhere yet) would negate a typical trade-in value.

good point.
My grandmother has a flip phone on my account and I've been getting emails regarding the 3g expiration.

I called just now and the rep said for the iPhone offer, it has to be an older iPhone, 5s and below.

She could get a free revl if she trades in the flip phone.

Did you see the $430 offer at the iphone SE page? It just didn't show after you ordered?
