Anyway I attempted to place the order online again and it went through this time and I got an order number. I hope they don't mess something up because now I have 2 signed EIP agreements. I don't think so since there is no record of an order for the first attempt on my account but T-Mobile is known for their system F ups.
Worse case? You can hold off using the phone for a while and return everything later if you get denied.
For me, I am holding off using my 2 new iPhone 11's anyway, until the monthly credits correctly show up in 1-2 cycles.
Called the rep, and was told that 3 of my lines are eligible.
I don't know how they figure it out. Only one of those eligible 3 lines is using a 3G phone.
Monthly credits are processed by TM internally
I'm going to keep it until the deadline at the end of the month and see what would happens.

I said IP5 and she said that is good for 430$ credit towards new IP. The IP5 is not active on any of my 5 lines, just found it in a drawer.
Rep said I can do on phone for 35$ and15$ shipping or do online and for no fees.
Ill try online and see if it will go through
Simple Choice plan
I got an old iPhone4 with glass back. The screen is not cracked, but the glass back is. Technically is does qualify, but the representative in the store was telling me the opposite.

Tip: Be sure to Place your SIM cards into these iPhone 5 phones so they show up in the trade in list during the ordering process. If you get an error in the ordering process, try signing out and back in. I ended up calling but still placed all the orders via the website, but had to sign out and back in after each individual order.
Even at $10/line, these sorts of customers that use extremely little network bandwidth + never upgrade their devices are basically free money for Telecoms. I can't imagine people that still have 3G phones active use any real amount of data.

I still got a text saying I could bring my trade-in to a store but there wasn't much details. Anyone in a similar situation and how they approached it? I'm assuming once I get my new device and wiped the old one, I can just bring to a store but what else would the store need to process the trade?
