  1. Login to your qualifying T-Mobile account w/ an eligible line
  2. Purchase a new T-Mobile 64GB Apple iPhone SE 3rd Gen 5G Smartphone on a monthly payment plan
    • Sales tax on the pre-credit price will be due at checkout today.
  3. Trade-in your eligible 3G device (that is currently in use on your eligible line) in good condition:
    • Devices eligible for $430 in Trade-In Credit (applied over 24 months):
      • Apple iPhone 5, 5S, 5C, iPhone 4, 4S, iPhone 3Gs, 3G, Original iPhone
  4. You will receive a one-time bill credit based on the trade-in value of your 3G device + get the remaining balance to reach $430 total as a bill credit.

Nope. probaly you will see it after they received and inspected your trade-in device.

Before this promo, I always see the promo applied once the phone shipped.

If you guys can't see the promo on your browser, check the t-mobile app. It didn't show on my computer but popped right up when I opened up my T-mobile app and successfully checked out.

Thanks for your quick reply. I thought I should see the promo code applied to the line after the new phone shipped. Well I hope there's no issues. I want to do at least 2 more upgrades before 7/1.

Just go to any mobile store att Verizon Tmo Costco boost cricket and tell them you need a plastic cutout sim adapter, usually they will have several discarded sim trays that you can use since most SIM cards have a 3 in 1 precut sim tray.

I spoke with a US based rep and confirmed the rep I did the upgrade with put me under a different promotion. They're figuring things out and said they'd call me back. Hopefully they can sort this out. I'd hate to have to cancel my order.

i had twitter tforce rep told me my line dont qualify for the promo. my other line does. I just did the order online myself, seems like both lines do qualify

Yeah I got that from Tforce as well so calling in they just pushed a bunch through, if the rep pushes it through and confirms promo applied have them note it to the account, deal with getting the promo on the account after the fact, the onus is on them afterwards. Otherwise it's a free return within 14 days if they can't sort it by then, nothing gained nothing lost.
