Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

I already see a $17.92 charge under my account for the iPhone SE hasn't been mail out yet.

Is this the same for all of you?

I am guessing the same amount in bill credit will be issue once they get my old phone mailed in?
hopefully they apply credit after received and inspected your trade-in device. This round is not the same. past promotion the promo code appeared on your acct once the new phone is shipped.

This promo is FUBAR due to T-Mobile trying to target it to specific account holders only to have call reps process it for nearly everyone. I would not be surprised if they kill it soon. But who knows, this isn't the same T-Mobile as when John was CEO, so watch your account like a hawk the next couple of bill cycles. If anything is amiss, complain loud and often until Tforce fixes it.

Mine shows a 0 charge they should charge and apply credit at once, they should not charge and add the credit later. Did you go into your account under "my account" and history to check if the promo is active on the account, the credit is not dependent initially on them receiving the tradein, rather if the trade in is rejected then they will remove credit, but if the proper promo is already applied to the account it should already show the credit that will be applied my guess is the promo is not properly coded on the account.

Yes you will continue receiving credits. Generally they ask you to wait 40 days but you can request Tmo to unlock after payoff.

I have an iPhone 5s where there is a gap between the phone and screen in one corner but it's functional. Is that an issue for trade-in?

40 days after I receive the phone to pay off or 40 days after paying off to unlock?

He said 72 hours for the promo to switch over. Skeptical at this point, but will let it ride for now since I have second rep doubling down on getting me the promo.
I had the same experience with T-Force today when I chatted to complain that the wrong promo was applied. Rep said my account should not have been eligible for the P038 promo, but since the 611 rep allowed it and put in the order notes that it was for P038, they will honor it. However, she said it would take 72 hours for an "offline team" to correct the problem and switch the promo to 2022 UMTS Apple Upgrade P1 in my account. Sounds sketchy to me but at least I have yet another rep, with this one being a T-Force rep, confirming in writing that I will get the promo. So I will see on Friday if it has actually switched over.
