Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

When did you order? How long did it take for them to ship? Do they offer expedited shipping?
I ordered it on the night of the 16th via chat. I chose the free shipping option, which was 3 business days or more. I received a tracking number on the 17th. Also on that date, they snuck in the Protection350 for $18/month. The phone was picked up today for scheduled delivery tomorrow. No promo yet attached to that line...

I am having some struggles trying to submit my trade device. Nobody wants it. LOL.

I was driving near a T-Mobile corporate store yesterday so popped in to submit my iPhone 4 after a T-Force rep informed me that they are a corporate store that accepts trade devices. As soon as I walk in, the store rep says that they don't accept any trade devices, and T-Force should stop telling people to bring in their trade devices to the store. So I then contact a different T-Force rep who gives me the number for two other corporate stores. So I call them, and of course, neither store accepts trades. Seriously? Nice system, T-Mobile. Way to have everything run smoothly like clockwork. LOL.

My only remaining option is mailing it. So I drive to the post office today only to find some ticked off people walking back to their cars. One lady snaps at me saying "Don't bother, they are closed. F-ing Juneteenth bullsh*t." I say "Hmm, weird, since it's now the 20th." She doesn't respond at all to my lame attempt at some dry humor, and just walks away cursing and muttering to herself about the holiday and the post office being closed.

So then, I chat with T-Mobile, and they credit my account $35 for the inconvenience I have experienced, as reimbursement for the assist fee originally charged to my account when I placed the order for the SE3 a few days ago. I am then told to mail the device, as if I really have some other option at this point. So I guess I am off to the post office again tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well. Good times with T-Mobile...
Yup your experience is similar to mine, I specifically mentioned to Tforce that your store reps are completely oblivious to this so they sent memos to that store and a couple of others regarding the issue. If you have time keep pestering the store and force them to call cs this will make it easier for the next guy as well as yourself it's the only way it becomes the norm, and it forces T-Mobile to come to terms with what they did lol. Fun times especially when you can get some freebies out of it.

Where should you see the $430 promo? T-force just told me I qualify, but when I select the trade-in it just says $0 trade-in value.
Check wiki there is a pic up, there are a couple of places it should show during checkout and when trading in, the actual value of tradein is $0 but it should say $430 credit somewhere

Chatted with T-force, I'm not qualified... I purchased iphone 5c from ebay and inserted my sim card yesterday.
You can also try calling in just say what's in the wiki, you want to take advantage of promo 038 and see what they say don't bother mentioning Tforce, if they can confirm it shows as $430 credit proceed and have them notate it on the account, if they did it properly you should see the promo on your account as p1 once the phone ships, since someone mentioned the deal ending soon maybe your last shot.

I can confirm that t-mobile chat screwed up on eligibility (p7 instead of p1). They said they have to switch promotion manually through a ticket, which they said there is no tracking number for. Will fight it next billing cycle if it doesn't get fixed.

I specifically asked when the offer ends and I got:

"Thank you for waiting. Upon checking here, the promo still ongoing and no official update yet when it will ends but we will definitely keep you posted online at www.t-mobile.com"

It really doesn't take long for them to fix they should be able to do it manually, I would have them notate it on the account and contact them again try a different method and different times morning night fb/Twitter/text/call you should not have to wait til next bill cycle.

He said 72 hours for the promo to switch over. Skeptical at this point, but will let it ride for now since I have second rep doubling down on getting me the promo.

I was tired of waiting for the save $430 promo to show up on my account so I chatted from the app.... hey did the promo and proceeded with the trade in for $430 in bill credits. First they tried to hit me on for the $35 support fee and paid shipping and I asked them nicely to waive it and they did! $31 in taxes for iPhone 11 and $499 EIP showed on the EIP agreement. Nothing in the paperwork about the $430 but she assumed me that I would be credited $17 and some change for 24 months and the difference would $3 a month for the iPhone 11. I call that a win!

My two lines were screwed up on eligibility (p7). They said they have changed it and it should reflect during the next billing cycle which for me is 6/22. I have asked them a bill credit for the trouble i am going thru to get his resolved. they have credited me 30 dollars ($10 + $20) for the two times i have spoken with them.

I already see a $17.92 charge under my account for the iPhone SE hasn't been mail out yet.

Is this the same for all of you?

I am guessing the same amount in bill credit will be issue once they get my old phone mailed in?
