Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

Received my SE3 today. Sim card was not included. Rep said they don't mail them anymore, as they recommend using eSim. Is this true or just some BS line from a rep? Does SE3 even do eSim? LOL

Not a big deal as I just popped in my old sim to activate the SE3 on my account. But it is nice to have spare sim cards on hand so I may hit them up for one anyway.

When I got a new phone from T-mobile last year, it also didn't include a sim card in the box. I heard newer sim cards were recommended for 5G, so I went to the T-mobile store and asked for a new sim card which they gave me and activated for free on the spot.

Mine shipped today as well and no promo has shown up on my account. Fingers crossed.
When did you order? How long did it take for them to ship? Do they offer expedited shipping?

I already am using all newer sim cards on all of my lines. I just like to have extras for times I may need one like if a Costco deal pops up and they want to charge me for a new sim, I just whip out a spare and say I already have one.

Yeah I got that from Tforce as well so calling in they just pushed a bunch through, if the rep pushes it through and confirms promo applied have them note it to the account, deal with getting the promo on the account after the fact, the onus is on them afterwards. Otherwise it's a free return within 14 days if they can't sort it by then, nothing gained nothing lost.
and that requires bunch of follow up and its not even guaranteed , lol. 2 yrs ago i had oversea rep told me i could get free oneplus 8 phone for free on my newly added free line promo. i heisted since i ran out the credit line at the time. i had like 300 bux left outta 5000 credit line. he then said he would call me back and see if he could raise my credit limit and then order me the one plus 8 phone for free. guess what, he never called back. i followed up couple times only to have other rep told me that rep was wrong. free line promo couldnt stack with free one plus 8 promo. so i followed up couple more time and another oversea rep got me 20% insider discount through his super on my existing one account. I am happy with that result. I had been trying to get 20% discount added for nearly a year!!!

Thanks for your suggestion. I will try. Right now I don't see the $430 promotion and online order only provide $100 trade in credit. I looks like I should keep my sim card in for couple of days.

You should call your store and make sure they accept trade-in drop offs before driving there. A lot of stores still won't do it. Even the corporate ones.
Quote from HurricaneAlley :
I bounced around 3 stores:
1st- no clue said we don't take tradeins here …okay,
2nd- struggled to find how to do it, when we got to the final stage screen nazi manager came over said physical damage okay…scratched her out fast
3rd- directed them on where to go otherwise they were unfamiliar but in and out in 5 mins

So you have to tell them to use the "DASH" system it's relatively new once they pull it up there will be a place to type order number, give them the order number your phone shipped with and within that your tradein device is already populated they will have to scroll up and down to find it but once they do it's just a matter of checking off a few inspection questions and they will print the receipt for you and PDF will also show up on your account documents.

You should def. drop off at store especially if there are few nearby, it will make it easier for next time for you and others. I would always choose I store now that I know which store to go to it alleviates shipping nonsense and warehouse rejection. Def go corporate.
I am having some struggles trying to submit my trade device. Nobody wants it. LOL.

I was driving near a T-Mobile corporate store yesterday so popped in to submit my iPhone 4 after a T-Force rep informed me that they are a corporate store that accepts trade devices. As soon as I walk in, the store rep says that they don't accept any trade devices, and T-Force should stop telling people to bring in their trade devices to the store. So I then contact a different T-Force rep who gives me the number for two other corporate stores. So I call them, and of course, neither store accepts trades. Seriously? Nice system, T-Mobile. Way to have everything run smoothly like clockwork. LOL.

My only remaining option is mailing it. So I drive to the post office today only to find some ticked off people walking back to their cars. One lady snaps at me saying "Don't bother, they are closed. F-ing Juneteenth bullsh*t." I say "Hmm, weird, since it's now the 20th." She doesn't respond at all to my lame attempt at some dry humor, and just walks away cursing and muttering to herself about the holiday and the post office being closed.

So then, I chat with T-Mobile, and they credit my account $35 for the inconvenience I have experienced, as reimbursement for the assist fee originally charged to my account when I placed the order for the SE3 a few days ago. I am then told to mail the device, as if I really have some other option at this point. So I guess I am off to the post office again tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well. Good times with T-Mobile...

Where should you see the $430 promo? T-force just told me I qualify, but when I select the trade-in it just says $0 trade-in value.

If you see the $430 offer in your account, proceed and complete the checkout. The trade device itself will have a $0 trade-in value, as it is worthless. But you will still get $430 in monthly 24 bill credits once the transaction is completed and the promo posts to your account.

shop page and promo should be right above of each phone. click on the iphone of your choice, se 3 or iphone 11, it should still say $430 on the page. click on upgrade, select a line from the list and keep going. every page from there should say $430 all the way through final check out page
