Yeah, so these Samsung mail ins are just for the screen replacement. I work at a UbreakiFix, and the kits we get are screen + frame of device + battery. I'm assuming a Fold they're only going to replace with a new frame and battery, not sure if they even do just screen repairs for the Folds and Flips due to design.

I'm not getting thru. When trying to select"mail in" option, the button does nothing. Maybe site is overburdened?

This is good intel. For a lot of these comments and questions, empirical evidence from past occurrences of this promotion (past threads, reddit, etc) indicate they will do a whole frame/digitizer/screen/glass assembly transplant instead of literally prying off the front glass and exclusively replacing the glass as the promo terms suggest. You'd risk damaging the digitizer/display anyway if you were to do that. While they're physically moving your internal components into a new frame, they might as well replace the battery and back glass if it's cracked. I would say, YMMV on battery replaced and back glass replaced, but definitely you'll get your front glass assembly replaced. That seems to me like dead pixels, green spots, or burn-in issues would also be fixed if they replace the whole assembly. Worst comes to worst, you just intentionally crack your front glass, send it in, and they'd replace it all for you. Pretty much everything else is straight up written out black and white in the T&C.
The whole process takes a week or two, if you're having trouble with payment or getting your device to register, I chatted with customer service and they manually created a service ticket with the promotional price for me. Just make sure to tell them to select the $50 price. The ticket lasts for about 10 days and cancels itself if you don't ship your device by the end of the 10 days.

My service ticket email says "3. Please ship within 10 days from the date the repair ticket was created to avoid cancelation of your ticket." Perhaps you can get your open ticket extended until you get back or perhaps you can cancel it and open a new ticket before the promo ends on 6/27.

It's weird when I get to imei I enter it says already registered in my account well duh but I can't select it as an option only my old s9 but not my s21 ultra. If I go to registered devices it's there but just says call.
