Our family used to buy only the Kirkland (Costco) paper towels. When Bounty was on sale from Costco, we bought one and never looked back. The Bounty is a thicker, more absorbent and overall a higher quality product. We have only purchased the Bounty from Costco for the past several months -- no one in the family wants to go back to Kirkland, though the price per sheet is better.

Good price <50c per regular roll equivalent w/ 15% s&s. This is like 2019 price.

I've always bought Bounty as well but I've found Kirkland to be more than adequate for cleaning up a spill here and there. If I can find Bounty at the right price, I'll absolutely buy it but it's definitely not worth spending extra money for.
