I didn't see the Citi Premier card after logging into the Citi page until after 4 or 5 days after approval. Once I was able to link the card to my account (after logging in), I was able to get the virtual card number.

Before the annual fee is charged again (you have to pay the annual fee for the first year - they charge it immediately) you downgrade the card by calling Citi
You then have 80k points - $95 annual fee (worth $705)
You should be able to use a Mastercard at Costco with a pin. Costco will treat it like a debit transaction.
You can buy costco gift cards at costco.com with a mastercard, then use it to pay for stuff in the warehouse.

Wouldn't that be treated equivalent to drawing cash from your credit card (cash advance), thus incurring heavy fees?
