Great watch. This used to be the standard price. Have had one for years. There's really no reason for it to be marked up to what it is these days though. Probably costs $5 to make and it's been in production for who knows how long, at least 30 years I'm guessing.

I got mine new in box for $55 on eBay. I think the seller might have been confusing it for the non-atomic version's pricing? I wasn't even sure until I got it in hand if it was going to be the 5610 or not. I was pumped though.

Great watch that you can "set it and forget it". Only gripe is the adjust button is so recessed that it makes it a little difficult to change the alarm and timer. Otherwise great watch!

Check your local Walmart. Have seen people post them on clearance for $25!

I've got the solar & atomic one that looks very similar to this. Had a dead battery and replaced it, but I have too many watches. Make me a reasonable offer if interested.
