Not sure this is a great deal but searched for this on SD and seems likely a similar one was well received at $140. Looks to me like it's similar to the Asus $99 chromebook, but with touch screen. Gets 4.6/5 rating on Amazon.

I have a Celeron Flex 3 it is good however the 13" ones are about the same size just less wasted bezel.
This is a slow CPU as mentioned. If you buy it just only have one app open at a time and it should work fine. Even 32GB is enough storage as apps are not very large on a Chromebook.

1x USB-C 2.0 (support data transfer, Power Delivery 2.0, and DisplayPort 1.1a)
- prefer Intel N4020 CPU
- touch screen and 360 flex mode are not necessary
- need USB 3.2 Gen 1 support and few more USB ports
- TN panel is not a concern
- accept probably 1-year shorter AUE

Not powerful but sufficient for basic tasks, mostly for the use of web browsing and google sheets. The battery life is excellent!

This thread shows that it's "expired" but it's actually still availible. https://slickdeals.net/f/15804436-acer-spin-513-13-3-2-in-1-chromebook-qualcomm-7c-4gb-64gb-certified-refurbished-158-or-less
but I cannot connect the orochi v2 mouse via bluetooth.. other bluetooth devices work. i'm new to chromebook so i'm not sure if I need to manually dl drivers or something. maybe the mouse needs updated firmware.
