I have a refurbished model from Woot, refurbed by Samsung. It's ok. The screen is decent, but I think there are issues with the power supply. Sometimes it will randomly turn off, then on, and on occasion it'll come out of sleep mode with a blurry image. I would put the money towards something else

This is the same price for a while, not a deal unless this falls below $199

It went back up to 299 after the last deal expired. I have had my eyes on it for a while.

I would also check your Graphics card. On one of my gaming PC setups, I have an older GTX 1070 and it does that (randomly flicker on and off) when both of my 2560x1440 monitor (@75Hz) are turned on. If only 1 of the 2 monitor is turned on, it seems fine. It's as if the graphics card can't keep up with the total output of 4k@75Hz resolution.

When I hook up my new gaming rig (has an RTX 3070) to the same two monitors, the monitors are totally fine.

Lenovo ultra dock - T14 Thinkpad - 60hz. Other monitor is a BenQ 27" also at 60hz.

a 4k tv might be a better and much cheaper option if performance compromise is accptable

It's okay for the price. I paid $249 plus tax. The letters/fonts are crisp. I run it on its highest resolution. But there is a white glaze all over and the screen looks washed out all the time. I have tried adjusting the colors but still the same. The power button and color controls are at the back which is a small problem for me when I want to turn the power off. This is because the screen is big and I have a tall floor-standing speaker next to it. Also, the monitor can tilt but cannot be moved up or down as it's fixed. But this is an issue with all cheap monitors. There is a similar Samsung32" curved monitor with a higher resolution (3840 x 2160) at costco.com for $299.99 if anyone is interested.

When was the last time it was 199? I have a Walmart/Sam's club gift that would make the price even sweeter at 199

Gotta be curved at this size imo. Even a slight 1800r curve or something makes a huge different

I don't believe this particular model has hit $199 yet, but that would be the "ideal" SALE price

For example, Monoprice had a 34" 2K monitor on sale for $199 a month and a half ago --> https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc...ame=iossmf

75hz is worthless for pc gaming unfortunately. If it was at least 120hz... even for the desktop higher refresh rates makes a big difference.
I was able to overlook mine to 119hz.
