How careful are you in your kitchen? You don't really want engineered wood anywhere it's gonna get wet, or need to be washed to be 'clean'
It's veneered particle board. Like a huge percentage of kitchen cabinets and counter tops in the US. As long as it's not sitting in standing water it will be fine. Getting sprayed with cleaner and wiped down isn't going to hurt it.

Thanks OP. I was going to buy the one you posted but I found they also have a roll back on this one https://www.walmart.com/ip/Curiod.../462679904. I'm getting three of these to use for my clothes in a closet. Thanks!

Nice, that was a FP deal that seems to have sold out. Looks like it's back in stock. You can repost.

I was looking for something exactly for this purpose. Microwave, instapot, airfryer, blender, etc. Wonder how much weight can it handle.
It's not the most aesthetic but I use this: https://www.costco.com/trinity-4-...38132.html so I don't have to worry about weight and it's brown so blends in better than the chrome wire shelves.
