If not, this is the best bang for buck to hold you off until next gen arrives. Buying higher tier laptops is at a point of diminishing return, and lower tier gpu like the 3050ti are crippled by its low 4gb vram, and 3060 is 35-50% faster than 3050ti anyways. https://youtu.be/FBL6skkk38Y
The video above tested the same chassis with 140W 3070 with Ryzen 9 5900HX. The GPU are not throttling, but the CPU does throttle. It throttles not by much though, where 5900HX have 8 cores with 4.6Ghz max boost, and that test only throttles to 3.9 - 4Ghz.
This deal only uses 130W 3060 and Ryzen 5 5600H (6 cores, 4.2Ghz max boost), so I can safely assume the GPU will not be throttling, while the CPU either won't throttle or only have slight throttling.

1st time I contacted CS, 6/20. the rep told me it was OOS at the original warehouse and had to ship it from another one (ok??). They "assured" me it would ship out the same day and I would receive an email shortly.
Reached out again on 6/23 after receiving no email and the 2nd rep told me it arrive by 6/30. Not wanting to risk it being delayed again and them auto-cancelling it, I ordered a second one for in-store pick-up on 6/29.
Frustrating.
I would like to know how thermals are as well. If it is not prone to overheating this is a great deal if you can't wait for the 40 series cards.

Re-ordered it for store pickup, but I am not very hopeful. The CSR said the product is not in hand. So it may still end up delayed forever.
