Just checked not included!!! No 0w-40 or 5W-40 included under advanced synthetic. Seriously Mobil.. I was waiting for this deal for a while now. I guess I have to jump on Penzoil deal now.

Thank you for this information, I was wondering why Mobil did not have the rebate/promo active. I guess I was taking it for granted that it ran all the time. Now for a Walmart sale on some high mileage....

The "final delivered ... receipt" sounds like it could fit oil shipped to you. I did not see anything more explicit.

You have no idea what you are talking about. "W" number has nothing to do with fuel economy. It just indicates approximate cold temperature that oil can be used. You have to look at second number. For example, you will have better MPG on 5W-30 than on 0W-40.

Yea. I don't plan to. I only did because of highly discounted GCs that I needed to use up. There's still like $5 left on it, but I'll probably just toss it. I'll start changing oil myself from this point on.

Purely pyschosomatic. Absolutely no way you are going to feel or notice any difference from 6k miles of regular oil.

I might stock up on a few, but just a heads up. I believe this is a new company that handles the rebates. I say because last years rebate one of them was denied. They said it wasnt legit. I had through go to numerous calls to get my rebate. In the end I got it (probably cuz I wouldn't leave them alone) they denied it saying it wasnt my account.

Just a heads up guys hope this rebates go smooth.

If you try to submit the receipt it ask for a delivery receipt so Im thinking the packing slip. I dont think I ever get packing slip from walmart anyways. If not I just return it

Per Household means per address? Can I apply the rebate to someone's name at the same address? I heard Mobil will accept same address but different floor, has anyone try that?

lol no, it's not. You can tell, especially when you press on gas from a complete stop. It is subtle but definitely noticeable. But, if you are driving fast on a highway or somewhere, then yea, there's no difference.
