Just checked not included!!! No 0w-40 or 5W-40 included under advanced synthetic. Seriously Mobil.. I was waiting for this deal for a while now. I guess I have to jump on Penzoil deal now.

Any idea if European Formula 0w-40 would qualify? I looked up at the rebate online and wasn't able to find it when you suppose to select the oil type.

Same experience here. I followed the rebate instructions exactly, my rebate was initially approved, then it was denied and I wasn't able to log into their system. Called up, they fixed my access after a few days, and magically approved the rebate, after having a "supervisor look into it". Pretty sure they just randomly deny valid claims and hope the submitter forgets about it. Hope things go better this time.

I attempted to submit a claim twice today, and both times the website gave me an Internal Server Error. I can view my submitted claims, but both say that I failed to upload my documents (nope, I did). No receipts, no approved claim and no Visa cards. I guess I need to chase this down and see what can be done. Bottom line: expect a hassle, you'll earn this $
